Backlund line driving the game for the Flames. Gaudreau and Robinson leaving Monahan out to dry and just playing bad high school hockey between eachother.

I expect Lindholm every damned time to be the one man on the ice that will get back to be the man breaking up an odd man rush and even he was flat footed on that 4 on 2 that led to the 2nd preds goal.

1 3rd of the team is engaged so far.

So we’re going to hate his guts and complain about him being a plug for years and then he’ll score 1 big goal and be a good “team” guy and suddenly everyone will forget how much they hated him for years, only to look back at his time with the Flames fondly?

Pretty tough to make an assessment on trading your big guys when they’re playing for a bargain bin coach with zero NHL head coach experience. Johnny looks terrible, but can you confidently trade him right now, with his value at an all time low, when the whole team is playing markedly worse under Ward?

This year has been a complete disaster.

He is not scared, he is just using it so he doesn't have it give an effort.

If so, they need to establish a dump a chase in order to get some zone presence. Too often it seems like the defenders are easily able to shut down Johnny when he stops inside the blue line and the Flames lose possession. If they don't want to dump and chase they should be bringing it in on the other side and trying to feed it to Johnny heading to the net.

Please keep Bennett and Dube together... For more than one period...

I mean they have been all over the place so far this game.

Sounds like you’re too dumb to pick a new team but too smart to be content with failure.
Woe to fan who goes from cheering for the Flames to cheering for the Panthers.

Eat Bread gives the best effort consistently of all of the forwards IMO

This is Bennett. Gets an early goal and looks good and now hes trying to toe drag and deke out the defense. As soon as he gets a taste of success he totally changes his game.

Johnny has been playing poorly for a full year now. Well before the coaching change.

I think Lindholm, but Mangiapane is probably #2.

How about the one that went from cheering for the Flames to cheering for the Sabres?

To think it part of it might have something to do with the "purple cool aid!" Just sayin!
