You spend the entire article trying to build the burger as something incredibly special, using local, quality ingredients with careful planning and taste testing, validating its worth the $20, only to discredit it as being something basic and robustly simple?
I don’t know who’s dumber: The chef for saying something so stupid, the editor for allowing this quotation in the article or “Bobby Nick” for approving a simple burger as his flagship menu item and expecting people to pay $20 for it
