I would like to think it is hookers and blow, but that seems to tip into the
"criminal" area, which we were assured this is not. I am going to speculate "affair with Mrs. Nill".

He left the caps off all the white board markers, microwaved fish in the staff lunch room and repeatedly parked taking up two stalls.

The KHL will have a ton of successful coaches next season. No wonder they got rid of MacT, they must have known what was coming.

Since when was hookers and blow considered 'Unprofessional Conduct' in Texas?

Since when was hookers and blow even frowned upon in Texas?

Marc-Andre Fleury's save on Petan has now cost three coaches their jobs.

It's Texas, so maybe he said he preferred BBQ sauce to dry rub.
I think that's considered "with cause" in that state.

Part of us wants to hear the soap opera (prostitutes? drugs?), but i do think the stars should give more info into the cause given what has happened recently.

If it's substance abuse, then aren't they being a bit harsh? Helping with the problem would be a normal/kind thing to do or at least mentioning they offered or put him on LOA.

All very strange.

Don't know about in Texas, but in Canada terminating an employee in a way which needlessly humiliates them can lead to an award of damages. Public statements may also increase risk of a defamation claim (whether there is any merit to it or not). That said, I'm sure some anonymous source will eventually leak some details.

I heard it was a series of events. First, he wore Mike Modano's jersey and got food stains all over it. Then, while wearing a skin-colored bodysuit he appeared to streak at a Stars practice. Finally he dragged a Stars trophy around the parking lot while screaming obscenities through a megaphone.

Rumor has it he's up for the job of head scout of the Rangers.
