It's a reasonable question about whether they keep Kapanen, actually. I think Dubas is smart enough not to put too much weight on his performance this series, and just use it to keep his price down. I don't think he'll be able to fight the public momentum against Nylander, though... that's going to be the big change. Johnsson isn't going anywhere.
Gardiner also walks pretty much for sure, I think. Kadri may also be gone.
I agree with it all. But I don’t think Kadri goes. Sure he f’ed up but he’s what you need in later rounds. He’s also not slow so he’ll work out to keep. Kapanen and or Nylander are goners to get some dmen. Their mix of vets, late 20s and young guys are good. They really shouldn’t move on from marleau though. He’s got enough wheels and a will that he should be kept. He’s pretty irreplaceable on this team IMO.

Morgan kind enough to come out and talk. Reporter wants a blow by blow description of what happened and how the players are taking it. To Reilly's credit, he didn't punch him in the face, which I would do, but just said he would talk about it later.
I’d like to see the Leafs win. I grew up hating them cause of guys like Domi and Tucker. But now that they revamped in the last few years and were able to do a on the fly rebuild I’ve slowly became a fan. It doesn’t bother me they get all the media attention. They have the overwhelming majority of fans compared to any other team in the league. Media coverage isn’t communism my friends. Most people tune in to hear about the leafs and they pander to it. That’s life.
Hope they enjoy crying about it for the next 5 months!
