Not sure how hathaway gets hit before he can touch the puck to create an icing and it is not interference. You would think it is either no icing or interference.

MacKinnon is obviously a great player, but you can't play him scared. He got the puck deep and everyone backed off, letting him do what he wants. You have to put a little pressure on him without getting caught.
