I think maybe the Gato Gang could use a little bit of rest. Peters has been riding them with a lot of ice time.

I know nobody wants the wins to stop but you can't go 100% every game in the regular season, you've gotta save some energy for the stretch.

The Ryans and Hathaways of the world would gladly pick up another couple minutes of icetime.

I wonder if Bednar was not hard matching well enough and Mackinnon wasn't getting out against bottom six lines enough? Not sure what the issue could have been.

This is professional sports, all the teams are good and tough to beat. Just gotta get the wins one game at a time. Awesome to see them grind out a win. Rittich was the first star. He always seems to make the big saves when we need him. Kinda opposite of the "cough, cough" other goalie on our roster. The third goal was a great shot and he needs to clean that up, but the win was all but in the bag at that point. I'm lovin this team! I was only 16 in 1989 but these teams are similar with their young talent.

Flames need to work on their break-outs at times they tried to be too fancy. Need to work on knowing when to tic-tack-toe the puck up the ice and when to fire the puck off the boards just to get it out.
