Hamonic took a solid hit there. Ouch.

Some good pressure there. Avs 4th line is not looking good so far, and that's fine by me

Ryan's playing with some serious jump tonight. He actually just looked fantastic in the offensive zone.

Derek Ryan is having a really good game so far. Nice to see his game start to come around.

Flames sure look like they're settling into the system now.

Some great pressure consistently for ten minutes now.

Another nice save from Varlomov.

Been saying it since the summer, but if Rittich proves (or should I say, continues to prove) that he can handle a larger work load a Varlomov UFA signing would be the perfect 1A for him

4th line is working hard.

Gio has a monster shot

defense is keeping it in the zone and offense is forechecking well

I see another possible W

Stuck in coilerville for work and watching the oil game (because I love beer).

Lol at Toews making 10 million. He is so average.

Carry on.

That is the very least of the Flames concerns.

Excellent period. Too bad one of those shots couldn't find it's way in. Lots of pressure and chances, me likey.

I'm in the area for work too, if wherever you are has SN1 it's broadcast in the Oilers region as well

Hanifin I think had a fantastic period. Tons of great little plays that add up.

It appears one good line plus a really good goalie is all you need.

Varlamov is cool and steady.
