This game will be flooded on all the channels (similar to Wednesday's game) as City TV will be showing the Saturday doubleheader all season long so tonight's game will start on CBC, City, SN360, and Sportsnet West. After the Yankees-Red Sox game ends, Sportsnet One and the other three SN regional channels will join the hockey game in progress.

must show all Flames games nationally when they play on Saturdays, Mondays, and Wednesdays !!!
Not all of us. I am currently watching a hockey game because hockey is amazingly entertaining. I will watch the Flames tonight because they are my favourite team and hockey is amazingly entertaining.
100% agree.
The only frustrating part about being a fan is dealing with other fans that have to bring their negativity to everything they touch.
I love watching entertaining hockey, and my entertainment is not linked to the score sheet. Is it awesome when we win? Hell yes! Is it disappointing when we lose? Hell yes! But you just move on and hope for the best, since it’s all out of your control anyway.
Hockey is awesome. I wish more people had a genuine appreciation of watching people play it at the highest level.

He's afraid to have to answer to someone his own size.
you realize he has fought Prout before and won right?
and as far as being 'afraid' to fight someone his own size, take a look at his fight card.
Martin, Wilson, Prout, Kassian, Crombeen, Cody McCormick, Zack Smith, Matt Carkner, Foligno, Ryan Malone.
if you think he's afraid of Prout and or Peluso... i dont know what to tell you.
he had a huge hit against a Bruin forward last year when Boston had McQuaid, Kevan Miller, Schaller and Chara in the lineup. Having those guys didn't deter him from smashing that player.
He has absolutely no reason to "answer the bell" or whatever code he has to follow.
the Hamonic incident is over as far as the Canucks are concerned.

Really looking forward to seeing valimaki. I haven't really had a chance to watch him, and now that the season has started the pace is completely different than preseason.

Yes, I do realize that he fought Prout before and won. That doesn't mean that will be the case this time. I would rather have Peluso in to deal with him but, unfortunately, that won't be the case tonight.
I don't believe for a second that the Dube/Hamonic incident is over by a long shot, as far as the Flames are concerned. It is a long season and hockey players have long memories.
Another kick at the cat. After the oh, so disappointing night in Vancouver, the Flames return to home ice tonight to get sweet, sweet revenge on those Canucks. Will the home crowd fire up the Flames? Will the power play work? Will someone clobber Erik Gudbranson? Stay tuned, 'cause it's coming!

Spoiler!
Go Flames
The only two times I’ve been in Europe for opening night I stayed up both times to watch the Flames get get ####kicked by the Canucks. In 08/09 it was 6-0, and that debacle on Wednesday. Let’s reverse that earlier decision, shall we? Also, PuppetGuy, did you use ruffles all dressed chips as the flames that Scorch made? If so, that is brilliant.
