Is it bad that I want Jagr to stay injured for a while just so Hathaway gets more time with Bennett-Janko?

Every line scored except the first one. Weird.

The flames will be a great team if Bennett and tkatchuk live up to their draft hype.

That Bennett goal reminded me of that rookie kid in the playoffs.

So happy for him, he'll come out stronger from all this early adversity.

Strong defensive game, special teams were meh, but glad they got Smith the W on his 500th game night

When Jagr is healthy, send Stajan down, please.

Jagr is probably done in the league after this year. With all respect, chuck him in the press box and let him mentor the youngins.

Flirt with the Canucks all game and kill them with one minute left, that's a strong game! Sam is back, Congratulations !

Really gritty third period by the Flames. So nice to see. Last 3 games have all been gut checks in different ways and Flames have been up to the task.

Jankowski and Bennett look good together and Hathaway a nice complement.

Hathaway should not play in the AHL again this year

Will definitely go overlooked on the winning goal but what lead to that Rush was a great play by Giordano. It looked like Granlund had a step but Gio closed it down nicely, turned the puck over that started the zone entry that lead to winning goal.

Hahaha, you are so right.

I freely admit I was critical of Brouwer at the beginning of the year, but man, he is a totally different player now.

Don’t get me wrong, he’s too much money. But he’s working hard and it shows.

Yes.

Because I want to see how 4th line Jagr does.

Can anyone make a gif of the absolute working Stone gave Sedin behind the net with a few minutes left? That was some nasty hockey, if the refs are not calling anything that's the way you play.

Jagr is a clear upgrade over Lazar, Stajan, and F.Hamilton, so yes.

Jagr creates chances down low. When healthy he definitely needs to be in lineup with finishers.

Three games in four nights with significant travel. Good for them for gutting it out.

How about they don't do that and just send Freddie to Stockton.

It wouldn't surprise me if he retires in the new year. His missing training camp and his injuries associated with that may make him think it's time to hang up the blades. I might be totaly off base but the thought has crossed my mind this past week.
