Nail-biter, for sure. Great OT.

Could you imagine the response here if Brouwer did nothing? He did the only thing he could do!

Might be the best play Monahan has made in a Flames jersey, just pure determination to get that puck and score that goal.

Amazing to see the Flames hold their nerve at the end there, some big kills. Tkachuk is amazing, in the Kings head and Doughty's. What a player he's gonna be for us for a long time.

3 on 3 kings!!!

It might be safe to say Troy Brouwer has played his best hockey as a Calgary Flame over the last two games

Real exciting game and a nice push by the Flames at the end. It's going to take a few games before Jagr is a difference maker.

Smith saved our butts in this one, when the Kings looked like they were just going to run away with it.
Huge props to him, but I hope we don't have to rely on him like that too often this season.

He's an incredible passer. I bet every forward on the team wants to have a chance to play with him.

What a roller coaster of a game.

Fantastic first, meh first half of the second, a horrid 4 minute PP that gave the Kings a ton of momentum, a bad third until the Tkachuk goal that was against the grain, a solid finish, a great OT and 2 points.

All over the map. Some good, some bad, a lot of excitement.

And Mike Smith is still awesome. Cripes, what a trade so far.

That comeback and a couple of wins in California has to be a huge confidence booster for the Flames. Starting the season 3-1 helps in that matter also.

Suck it Edmonton!

I have always thought Tkachuk is good.

But he was next-level today.
I thought he was going to have a sophomore slump, but so far, I couldn't be more wrong.

Still not sure how Tkachuk got the only minor in that scrum. Huge win!
