Going to the game tonight. I have a long history of seeing nothing but stinkers from the boys when I catch them on the road. I think they have scored 2 or 3 goals total in the last half a dozen efforts I've been to. Haven't seen a win since maybe 5 or 6 years ago in Phoenix.
Yet, for some reason, I am cautiously optimistic for this one.
The curse ends tonight.

As much as I'm excited to see Jagr, it would be cool to see Lazar get another game in, to confirm his chemistry and see if the last game was just a flash in the bucket.

Not worried about that at all, Getzlaf is a very slow starter and actually tends to be a liability to his team until about the quarter way mark.

Although he's no longer a Flame, Brian Elliott won in Anaheim two nights ago. Given what this board thinks of Elliott as a goalie, if he can win in Anaheim, then the Flames will bump the losing streak tonight.
Every streak, win-or-less, starts with one.

You couldn't script a more motivating game for Calgary.
25 game losing streak while coming off a playoff sweep where you arguably outplayed them.
If they don't show up tonight I will be shocked.
