Where does JG rank among Flames in All Star Points? He must be closing in on the lead.

They all should have worn the sweaters they actually played in. It all just looked awkward and off.

It would be nice if there was some damn way to make the players put even just a 75% effort. I get it, don't watch it if you don't like it, but the most fun I've ever had watching the All Star game was when the Pacific division had the John Scott story and all of a sudden the two teams in that last game started actually trying. That was a fun game.
You watch this and see the best guys like Crosby quite literally passing up chances the way adults do at the shinny rink to let the kids have their fun. That gets a little eye rolly. These guys are about two strides away from standing still on the ice, lol.
EDIT: In fact when the puck comes in close to the goal they actually do stop playing and stand still.

This wasn't actually the case in the first game but now it sure as hell is. That Matthews goal made me wince to look at. Seriously, at least try to take the puck off him.
The only competition here is who can give the most obvious impression that they don't give a ####.

I don't know how a fog horn going off every 45 seconds could be annoying!
Ugh. Imagine being in the building. It's giving me a headache. Best part is they run it on the replays too!
Every year I bitch and moan about the All-Star game, and every year I look forward to watching it. It's a mental problem.
It sucks this year. Again. That's all I'll say.

If you were having trouble thinking of something more grating to listen to than the goal horn, here's Gary Bettman.

I always enjoy the Ron/Gary interviews at the All-Star Game. I've made it clear I enjoy the weekend, but these interviews usually have the most substance in the entirety of the 2-3 days.

Why so serious? This is a game of fun and for kids played 3 out of 4 years. Leave it alone
