He's been out the final minute in a few games now and has been a PK beast so far - just had a really good shift with a clear, block and board battle - he's a strange combination as his size doesn't stand out but he is hard on the puck and has a nose for the net after his hard work creates an opportunity.

I thought that was kind of a weak call there. A cross check, sure, but a pretty light one.

Yah I agree. But they have been pretty consistent in calling that this tourney.

I guess I've just been unimpressed by Marner then. Puck hog at times IMO.

Aren't they all individuals? Or are there a few Borg that are part of the collective on the roster?

And the ones there are quick to boo

This crowd needs to get behind them, would help if Canada looked a bit more inspired

Not seeing a whole lot from this team that makes me think it's any better than last year's, sadly.

This one is looking like Sweden is the class of the tourney so far.

I don't recall so many empty seats in a Team Canada game on Canadian ice. Is this tournament losing it's shine or is this tournament not as big a deal in Quebec?

I went to a number of the games when Calgary hosted and the crowds seemed way better than what I've seen so far today.

Not sure if its true but I heard nosebleeds were $100. It's certainly not because of a lack of French players.

If it's not the Habs, it doesn't matter, unfortunately.
