I'm still flabbergasted that the coaches changed the D pairings after a win in SJ. What was the point? We beat a tough team in their home and then change it but putting a physical defensemen in? He can't catch anyone, let alone hit them.
Please go back to what worked. I think Johnson is going to steal the number 1 role from Elliott. He has been very good and looks in more control than Elliott has IMO.
If Picklepakka is in tonight and Johnson is in net, we win.
5-3 flames win.
Brodie, Bennett, JG x 2 and EN by Backs.
Come on Flames, don't entice me to turn the game off after 2 periods again tonight, the first time I've done that in years was last night.

I expect a win tonight. We rested our star players last night for this game. Shink, Kevin, and Chad!
Also after every loss Glue Gun listens to the fans, then we win. Dont get me wrong though, he will mess with the line up after tonights win and on Thursday we will lose. I will gladly take tonights win though. I expect a great game.

I was at the game last night, great to see so many fellow flames fans there. I haven't left a game early in years, except for last night. Pretty garbage effort, 23 left halfway through the third to go get a table and wallow in our miseries.
Crazy though that as low as we are now, all will be forgiven if the boys get a win tonight in Anaheim. Hard to understand why Gully would change the pairs from the SJ win. Extremely frustrating from a fan standpoint.

I get that we're all Flames fans, and some of us like to be positive.
But I just don't see the rationale in predicting a Flames win today.

I sure hope we out Corsi the other team. They can keep out scoring us, because we're clearly not being coached to build Corsi chances, not goals.
Perhaps gillies will have a weakness for weak wrist shots from along the boards and outside of the blueline
