Principal point of contact wasn't the head, therefore not a penalty for checking to the head.

Was not the principle point of contact first he got the chest first and rode up to the head. Yes, he got the head but it was accidental after he caught the chest with most of the guys body being in a low postion.
Learn the rules if you are going to be a dink to another poster in your responses.
