Out of respect for what? He's looked terrible this year. I'm guessing he'll turn it around and get back to the level we expected, but playing somebody because he used to work somewhere else is terrible logic.

The writing was on the wall for Kulak after the giveaway and subsequent penalty in the third last game. And really, aside from a pipe dream, did anyone really expect Wideman to not play another game?

As for the game, Blues have owned the Flames in recent years, so expecting a blowout.

Respect for what he can do, what he proved he can do just this past spring in the playoffs. he's not some dope who was thrown into a trade as a give away. This guy was brought in to be the #1. So let him.
