Have you watched johnny play?

God is punishing the Canucks with Jim Benning as GM. Hearing him talk gives me hope the Canucks will be bad for a while.

I don't think he's under rated at all. I think he's generally thought of when people speak about the best young D men in the league.

I agree and for some reason I always find myself rooting for them.
That D is very good and very young.
Hanifin, Faulk, Pesce, Slavin, Murphy.
The makings of a great blueline.

Happy, without a doubt. The Oilers barely beat us despite the fact that our best players were invisible or terrible. Not to mention the terrible officiating. If they can only beat us by one goal (+ an empty netter) when they play a good game and we probably couldn't play any worse it just cements how terrible they really are. They got blown out by Buffalo, a team missing two of their best players. Completely shut down McDavid and it was beautiful.

Carolina looks a bit small but they can play with decent pace.

The Flames should match up pretty well against them unless their brains are still in slow mode.

Carolina looks vulnerable. I'm optimistic about the game against them. Buffalo might be tougher.
