That was a good summary of the flames season. Dominate stretches. When you have a chance to put a team away crap the bed.

I'd start sending a message.

Ferland out Hathaway in.
Wideman out wotherspoon in.

Sad to say but this team is garbage right now, got to expect other teams to score on themselves to try to win a game...this team is just garbage. Coach is garbage also.

Versteeg is a third line player... put him on the third line and keep him there.

This start is entirely due to a horrible training camp. And there were a number of reasons for that. But the top line had no time together for starters.

The banter from my buddies has already started...

"Oilers 2-0, McDavid 6 points and Flames can't beat the Canucks..."

not a bad game after a back to back...and we shouldn't be mad about a shootout

Johnson was great. He looked so calm. Good things from Gio and Kulak in particular, but everything else was a dumpster fire. Gaudreau was awful, Monaghan was shooting into the crest every time.

Backlund had something going too, but blah.

That two minutes of domination before Vancouver scored to tie the game was brutal. No aggression by the Flames. It was hard to watch.

Flames suck.

shutout tonight including the shoot out.

I was so disappointed with brodie. He went from a nobody being underrated to a guy who lacks offensive instincts and has decision making issues with the puck in the d zone , and being overrated now.

This team is in a lot of trouble. Elliott is avg put Johnson in which is anot her example of why this season us going to be a mess.

Calgary = ottawa. Avg going no where.

Great effort by Johnson to hold them in it.

Either the players can't figure out the systems, or the systems are lousy. 6th best offence is neutered and the D zone is a train wreck.

At least the games were entertaining under Hartley.

Looking like a long year.
