Wow Bennett with a great bank pass to Tkachuk at top speed, who cuts hard and tries backhand short side while opening Smith up. So close to going in.
Then he gets flattened crashing the net and should have drawn another penalty.

Bennett tries a risky move that didn't work and lead to a semi breakaway except Tkachuk busted his ass and forced the Coyote wide without a shot. Great play.

Tkachuk had a nice back check and prevented a breakaway, coyote tried to get around him to the inside in front of Elliot and Tkachuk pushed him oit of the lane.
Between that and his goal I think he stays

I think its dependent on what he does in the 9 games. If he pulls a Monahan, then he will stay all year

I feel like he'd have to be a real dud in his 9 games to not make the team.
I wish we had better winger depth so that he'd have to play his way on to this team, as opposed to our depth on wing being so weak that he'll have to play himself off of the team.
