I grew up in the NE and only ever had to pull a knife 6 times.

3-5 years if I were to guess. Extent of cop's injuries will be a factor. I think they just pursue the highest charge which is the agg assault, max of 14 years.

Still seems light to me for all that, including breaching probation.
