Hmmm....if you get a suspension in this tournament... can you get a suspension during this tournament?
Either way, wouldnt it carry into the NHL season as this is an NHL tournament?

Marchand being Marchand. Nothing illegal or dirty there, but draws a penalty for being a ####-disturber. The Anti-Kesler if you will.

No it's not. Weber put himself in a bad spot. Saw him coming and held up a few feet from the boards. Kesler is still a POS though.

Well no. In hockey there is such a thing as leaving yourself vulnerable.
I dont think Weber did that in this particular circumstance, but players do it all the time and I dont think it in any way equates to your comparison.

I love players like Marchand. I wish Calgary had someone to fill that role.
Hopefully Tkachuk or Bennett. Or both.

Wow, Quick stops the mid-air pass with his paddle. That is elite.

Kesler saw his numbers and drilled him head first into the boards. The league shows all the players video of hits like that because they want it out of the game.
And this is an exhibition game.
WTF is wrong with you people?

Jonathan Quick looks like he spent the summer playing goal every single day. He hasn't missed a beat.

Yes, players shouldn't put themselves in vulnerable situations.
THat does not, in any way, mitigate the blame for a player who executes that hit.

How about the responsibility not to hit someone from behind? It's why the kids wear the stop sign.
