Amazing match for the Canadian Men's volleyball. That was unbelievable.
I'm glad Schmitt is back to playing healthy. I think it was 2015 World Cup that Schmitt missed due to injury and it really hurt team Canada.

What a match. They were hanging in there at the end as the US woke up.

Top 4 advance,
With Italy upsetting the French as well we need to probably beat Italy and Mexico to advance to the quarters.

Nice! Decent day for Canada so far. Abel and Ware missing out on the Bronze by less than a point hurts but we have done well in the team sports!

Genie plays Kerber next in women's singles which will be a tough match, but I saw some of the Kerber match today and although she won, she didn't look all that sharp. Genie has a fighter's chance to pull out a win.

Watching basketball between Crotia and Spain. Man, this PBP guy is freaking boring and he is putting me to sleep. Also, why is he keep calling Gasol 'Ga-so'? It is 'Ga-Sol'!! As much as I love t watch the game I just can't stand listening to this guy so I would rather watch something else and just check the score later.

Williams sisters out in doubles. That means Genie/Gaby will face Safarova/Strycova next.

I thought Genie and Gaby played solid today in their first round match.
Genie beat Safarova in the first round of the recent Rogers Cup in a close one that went to a three set tiebreak.
I figure if Genie and Gaby play as well as they did to open up their Olympics, they should be able to advance to round three.

Whoa, wait, hold on. We have an athlete named 'Genie?'
Educate me!

And it works with chromecast
