Nice to see stuff moved from "likely happening" pile to "it's done".

With that said injury I'm guessing he spends a good chunk of time in the AHL getting up to speed and learning the NA game. 2-year ELC gives us time to be patient, which is nice.

I was a whole lot more excited before the injury news. Not that it's a big deal as it's just a kick at the can kind of move. Works out great / don't it's no big deal. But it working out seemed more plausible before he blew out his knee.

This guy's a project. Let him ease into NA hockey -- rehab forces him and the team to keep expectations lower and put the focus on development (like Nakladal last year) /silverlining

Looking forward to seeing what kind of tools this guy has in his toolbox once he is healthy again. Hope he has a good attitude as well -- that's hard to predict sometimes when guys come across the pond.

Just an FYI...

The most recent NHLe conversion factor I've found for the Czech Extraliga was from Vollman in 2014, where he calculated it to be 0.44

Pribyl scored exactly 1.0 ppg in the Czech league this year, meaning he should reasonably be expected to score about 0.44 ppg in the NHL, which would be a 36 point pace.

That sounds reasonable. He was 2nd in the league in points, after all, behind only Roman Cervenka... who scored at a 36 point pace in the NHL.
