Lou is awesome, he's a great guy in person, super kind and knowledgable. No one loves the game more than he does. I always have great, long conversations with him whenever I see him.

Pat made reference to Lou's 'grey skin', mentioned Jaundice symptoms, but I didn't get the sense that was the diagnosis.
Great to hear his voice.

He has a liver issue; they aren't sure what it is but it is not cancer. He is seeing a liver specialist soon. Apparently his skin is super yellow but he is slowly feeling better. Last few months have been hell for him. It began when the flames went to Montreal

I think it may be better to get Lou a "desk job" where he just works in the studio as contant traveling definitely takes a toll on the body. But it's probably not his style...
