He say something to the ref for the misconduct? Great leader right there. Say stupid crap, take a terrible terrible penalty, get tossed from the game. Blunderingly idiotic.

Because the ref gave him a misconduct. Can't see everything that happened before but he seemed pretty calm until the misconduct.

Yeah I know, What we didn't see before he was asking the refs why a couple of times and then snapping off is what has me curious.
