One of my favorite Historic quidbids, is about Henry Ford.
Supposedly when Ford was taking a prospective manager out for an interview he would watch them to see if they tasted their food before adding salt or pepper. If the prosepctive person would add salt or pepper by habbit without tasting it first then Ford wouldn't hire him/her. The ideology being that he didn't want to hire anyone who would make decisions based on habbit rather than based on the facts of a situation.
Also back on topic, lol. White pepper is not anywhere close to black pepper. IMO adding white pepper detracts from a meal almost everytime, where black pepper can serve to enhance. I am a staunch white pepper hater!
