You are really skating into the Nika, Reepok, Pandasonic, Sansumg territory when you jack someone else's logo, and tweak it as your own. Also, the oriental looking logo thing is as played out as Lambo doors on Honda Civics.

Here's my attempt at your logo in MS Paint. I'm not sure I can tell the difference between your logo and the one I did, but I did take over 40 seconds to complete mine.
