Johnny Frickin Hockey. My goodness was he good tonight.
And 3 on 3 OT rules. I've been watching the other games that have gone to OT and man it's thrilling.

Gaudreau obviously our best player tonight. Other standouts were Monahan, Bennett and Frolik. i thought Kulak acquitted himself well.

I freaking love 3 on 3. One missed play by Wideman and Vancouver was going the other way on a break. Heart pounding action of the best variety and far better than the shootout.
What?

Really all canucks goalies look unhealthy certainly to different varying degrees due to the fact that it is Thee goalie graveyard of the NHL.

I interpreted it as booing the Flames for playing with the puck and not giving it back..I have no tangible evidence except...Vancouver.

First line looks freaking awesome just like last year, but secondary scoring is gonna be a huge deciding factor to whether or not the Flames can take it to the next level.

I somewhat disagree with the assessment of Gio+Dougie. I think once they get some more practice playing together, they're going to be an elite pairing. There were some flashes of it during that game, especially on that great offensive shift the Flames had near the end of the game

We need to figure out some secondary scoring. Not much after the top line.

Take the 2 points and move on.
