AHL is the best place to go that is a pro league and under flames control.. They also have much better coaching than the ECHL.

I know what the AHL is about, the problem with Stockton for Kylington is that there is a log jam of defensemen.
Morrison, Kulak, Wotherspoon, Sieloff, Nakladal, Stevenson, Johnson.
He's going to be hard pressed to get 20 minutes a night which is what he needs. Ditto for Kanzig. You think Huska is going to be keen to let Kylington work out his mistakes? Yes his number one job is development, but i'm sure there's pressure for him to create a winning environment too. He misses the playoffs again, and he's probably gone.
Same thing goes for Carroll and Smith. There's a lot of forward depth in Stockton and a bunch of AHL deals too.
The key is to get these guys ice time, especially Kylington. He's only going to get 20 minutes a night in Brandon or Adirondack, and given the choice, I'd prefer him in Adirondack.
