I am not saying Boston is making good team building decisions at the moment but 2 1st rounders for a player a year away from FA is not that bad a deal. Also, the Sharks picked 9th this season and my guess is the 2016 1st will be closer to 6-10. This trade is by far the highest return of any of the goalie trades so far.
Oh, and it's funny how San Jose was once the goalie factory shipping out backups for draft picks but are now the team giving up a possibly high 1st for another team's backup.
