Might be an unpopular opinion but I thought he had some games where he looked really good and a few games where he really struggled. I like Wotherspoon, and think he can be a solid second pairing guy...but IMO NHL ready means being able to handle the workload of a full NHL season. After his stint last season I thought he needed another year in the AHL to work on his consistency (and therefore not NHL ready quite yet). Who knows, he might be this time though.
