Why is Chicago completely useless when it comes to playing any team whose outcome has implications on us?

I can't remember once in the past couple months where Chicago has helped us. The only time was them beating Winnipeg, but that was in OT, so they still gave them a point.

I thought the Blackhawks were supposed to be reliable in that regard... Lazy team.
