Flames seem content to let them hold the puck around the outside in their own zone...

Yessss
We're playing our poor possession/Corsi, dangerous transition style again, while keeping opposition chances to the outside. I'm feeling good about this game.

He'll get there. Not lifting that is a product of rushing the shot - the more comfortable he gets, the more of those that are going to be in the back of the net.

And Bennett waiting to get healthy.
Anytime I have a bad day, I just remember that the Flames drafted Sam Bennett.

I really like the 'Hawks "4th" line...forechecking fools...
In the GDT I said that the Flames have to stay INSIDE the 'Hawk Cycle, they can be forced to the perimeter.

Flames will officially fall out of playoff spot if they fail to record a point tonight.

Flames could easily have 2 goals already in this game. Our offence is really snake bitten right now. So frustrating.

Shut down guys and Toews/Hossa against Gaudreau/Hudler is the match-up the Hawks are going for.

Which is interesting considering lately most of the teams have been matching their top guys against the Monahan line.

Poor Johnny is getting criticized for not scoring yet Hiller was praised for his pad stop early against the Blackhawks. On the Blackhawks forum, their goalie is getting praise and the forward criticized.

Only thing I'm not liking so far are the easily allowed zone entries. Cut them off at the blue line.
