To late to win that objection. The judge ruled against it. That is why the document was released. The judge also said the Bill Crosby was a hypocrite for all he has said in the years prior in relation his social commentary and then gave his final ruling that the documents were to be released.

Here is a blog post from Joseph C Philips who worked with Bill on the Cosby Show.

http://josephcphillips.com/2015/07/o...sby-is-guilty/

As the accusations began to increase, I became increasingly disturbed. I was fairly certain that some of the women were lying through their teeth, but certainly not all of them. Discovering that the man you idolize may be a serial rapist is a bit traumatic. I don’t imagine it is anything near to the trauma of the alleged victims. Nevertheless, I found it unsettling.

New York Magazine is running a feature profiling 35 of Cosby's 40+ accusers. I'd add the direct link but the site is down and swamped with traffic. nymag.com

edit: preserved copy of the article http://web.archive.org/web/201507270...speak-out.html

Direct link seems to be working for now.

Amazing, brutal article.

He gets completely burned in this comments for his subtle misogynistic tones and how he values preserving his childhood image of a an enchanting idol over the accountability and justice that the women deserve.

I think the frightening part of that photo is the empty chair. We have only heard from those willing to come forward, or are still alive. Bill Cosby could have hundreds of more victims. Because of his ability to leverage his fame to get these women into vulnerable situations... he could legitimately be, the worlds worst serial rapist. He could have hundreds of silent victims out there.

To think, especially posters raised in the 80's, were clamouring and putting things aside to watch the show, and a horrible, evil, criminal.

The statute of limitations has passed for most of the allegations unless a more recent victim comes forward.

One of the more disturbing parts about this is how casual some of the rapes are, like raping another guest of a talk show that's just about to air. He was completely 100% untouchable, and he knew it.

Yep. The Nightly Show last week had a piece that may have been some sort of stretch but given the dozens of victims and likely dozens more we don't know about you have to pause and think. It showed a couple clips. One was from his stand up in the late 60s where he joked about Spanish Fly hearing about how it drove women crazy, how great it would be as a an adult to get ones hands on such a drug and how he and a friend tried desperately in Spain to get their hands on some. The other was a part of a Crosby show episode where he puts something "extra" into BBQ sauce that makes women more affectionate than normal.

At this point, to me it sheds light on these things (though he didn't write the Cosby show episode I'm not sure it's a stretch to think he pitched ideas) and really just how bold he was getting away with it all the time. Pretty much in line with what a sociopath would do.

Who's story was that? I read the main article but didn't check out any of the individual stories.

Really disturbing stuff.

This is the part that hit most for me:

Quote:
Bill let him take advantage of me. That kills me. That’s why I know the stories of what he did to the other women are true, because if he didn’t have the respect for me, who was really a close friend, then he could do that to anybody he didn’t know very well.” —Joyce Emmons

It is very telling that in an article that is supposed to be about alleged allegations of rape against Bill Cosby that the author only uses the word rape once.

Yes he does. Last word in the third paragraph.

I guess I missed it. The fact he only says it once shows how uncomfortable it is for him because he worked with Cosby.
