That's what you call a grind-out win.

I enjoyed the win as a fan. As a basketball coach and with a long range view I wasn't impressed. What is the point of your starting center sitting on the bench for the entire 2nd half? And it was far from the first time. Every single time they play a physical team they are in trouble. When your third string center is the answer you have major problems. Yes it might work for a few minutes but Raptors are a playoff team and should be prepping for that as the number one priority.

To me that is almost a Mickey Mouse win. You beat a flu stricken team with Ross suddenly going off and reaching way down the bench to find a way to semi-contain one of the guys killing you. Plus the other coach after having played his stars to death decides to risk putting them on the bench at the same time in the fourth. Presto comeback time. Down at the end it's just who makes the shots if the game is tight enough.

I'm still feeling the same about this team. I don't see the route to winning a seven game series. Plus I have the bad feeling they have enough regular season success that MU just decides to go with what he has and does not improve the team. I sure hope I'm wrong about that. Yep it's weird to be critical of a team that is in first place but I had no doubt they were a playoff team so not unlike the Stamps only what they do in the crunch really matters in the end.

Agreed.

Casey goes out of his way to not play JV and quite frankly I think a game against Gasol and Randolph is important for him to get minutes in. He needs to get pounded on a bit from time to time. It seems he only gets minutes against an Enis Kanter or other project big.

Up 30, with DeMar doing nothing against a Bucks team that is not that bad. Team can be pretty good, absolutely can make the Finals.

We gotta see some Brazillians tonight. Last blowout, they weren't dressed. Tonight, there's no excuse.

Love the look of Bruno so far. Who knows what they have but I'm shocked to see his athletic ability and speed for his size and stroke in limited action so far. Love that the fans gave him such a warm welcome too. This is a blowout.

Caboclo outscored DeRozan, that's what kind of night it was. So much for being two years away from being two year away. In two years he might be one of the most intriguing players in the league and in four he might be great. Athleticism is clearly there, if he can learn the game he might be another genius move of Masai.

It may have been just jitters and not getting enough playing time but the end of the bench all looked like they didn't know what to really do with the ball when the pass came to them in the key. All of them had butterfingers. Caboclo as well but there were a lot of impressive things in his short debut. His frame is ridiculous. I don't believe I've seen a player who actually appears to have such a misproportioned wingspan - in a good way.

Raps come out absolutely flat in tonights game but so far have come back from a 16 point deficit and now leading at the half. As frustrating they can be at times, I'm really liking their effort most nights. Makes up for a lot of their deficiencies when things aren't necessarily going their way.

Crazy how they came back from that deficit to make it a game. What a resilient team.

Lou Williams is why the Raps can go very far this season. Major bench upgrade, huge tonight with 24 points on 9 shots...in the second quarter.

haha, I've found myself saying that a few times this season. I almost begrudgingly watched basketball because the Raptors are a Canadian team, but I was never that into it.

The playoffs and this season, I find myself legitimately loving the game itself and in particular the raptors.
