Yeah I know, but sometimes they don't make great analysts. Look at some of the coaches they bring on the Hot Stove on HNIC. They're smart about the game, but I think I'd rather have a face to face with a Band Saw than hear them speak.

Dave Woods commentates on rugby over here on the radio, and I've always found him to be pretty listen-to-able.

Forrest isn't given the same time during these breaks as he does on Snet broadcasts of Canadian matches on Soccer Central. All the things he's seen playing internationally for Canada (his own Gold Cup win, and then the Canada screw job by the ref against the US in a later Gold Cuo) and then of course all his time in England, means he has a lot of perspective, as much as any Canadian soccer player can.
Get up Higuian.

Love that kind of aggressive goaltending.

Great quote but Higuain took a knee to the head. Actually probably hurt more than a little.

It was a crunching hit, but he popped up enough to complain for about 10 seconds before he decided the hit to turf.

I always think of Warrener taking a puck square between the eyes and then coming out to play again in the third.

I watched a CFL player once land awkwardly and shattered his tailbone. He got up and ran 10 yards and then collapsed and didn't get up again. It's just adrenaline... Good stuff.

Clearly some anti Brazil chants going on from the Argentine fans that are trying to be drowned out by the whistles.

The replay showed he didn't get hit in the head at all. Hard hit yes, but he milked it.

Yeah it did. He took the goalkeeper's knee to the jaw.
