For the record, I wasn't trying to pose as if I had any interesting inside information or get attention in any way. Obviously I failed at that but I tried to tell you all it was nothing. It's fairly obvious that it was a suicide at this stage. Once the police and the media go silent on details, it points that way.

It's kind of goofy, imo. I get why they don't report suicide, but I think they should make an exception once they report something this blatantly. I know at this point it would only serve to satisfy curiosity, but I think it's warranted when you post a big story about a suspicious stabbing death in a busy Calgary park in the evening.

I mean, I know that most people would likely assume suicide, but I think at this point they have a duty to say "This was a suicide" or something along those lines, even keep it to a tiny article. I know they can, because they've done it before.
