It's kind of goofy, imo. I get why they don't report suicide, but I think they should make an exception once they report something this blatantly. I know at this point it would only serve to satisfy curiosity, but I think it's warranted when you post a big story about a suspicious stabbing death in a busy Calgary park in the evening.
I mean, I know that most people would likely assume suicide, but I think at this point they have a duty to say "This was a suicide" or something along those lines, even keep it to a tiny article. I know they can, because they've done it before.
