Oh my favourite part of watching Oilers home games is the announcer's voice on the visitor's goal calls. So many dead puppies that guy must own.

TSN used the 1st intermission to explain how the Oilers were figuring out how to play hockey, then used the 2nd intermission to explain that, nope, the Oilers didn't learn ####.

The crappy thing about Ottawa plummeting is Anaheim gets their 1st pick.

It only makes the Pacific division that much stronger for years to come.

If Brossoit gets in a game on this call-up, he'll be the 4th player drafted by the Flames in 2011 to play in the NHL this season.


The only one left is some kid they call Johnny Hockey. The Flames have never had a draft where every player chosen played at least one NHL game.
