Both McKenzie and Ferraro have now mentioned how much the Americans are going to miss Sieloff.
With no Gillies, it's hard to care about this game. Much better crowd for this one at least.

Ekblad is going to be the best defenseman of the tourney for sure. He is the guy the flames need this year and McDavid looks amazing and worth whatever it takes to get. Wow

Guys have said they wanted extra chance to prove themselves in extra games.
Plus is it much worse than bringing 10 extra guys to calgary?
The other option is these guys get no shot at TC I am sure they prefer the current method over that.

It is exciting to see this McDavid kid continue to live up to the hype. Hard to envision what team will get him but if there was ever a year to tank since 2005, next season sounds like the one. A line up built around McDavid, Monahan, Baertschi, Ekblad, and Brodie would be pretty sweet.
