He might be in the race, but he wouldn't be a garaunteed candidate by any means. At best he would be like Brodin last year. A Dman with OK point totals trying to get in with his away from the puck play, which wouldn't get him in with this crop.
Right now it would have to be Hertl. Monahan, Krug for me.
