Hey oilfan, there was cheering and booing from the live audience after each vote was cast for the first few people, then it went away. Was there a producer on site telling you guys to shut the hell up?
I just got back to San Jose from the live taping (It's about a 5 hour drive from me). First of all, what an awesome experience!!!!!!!!! It was absolutely amazing and so much fun to attend. Julie Chen came out around 4:30 and she practiced the opening line one time. The producers practiced our applause with us 1-2 times.
To answer your question, yes the producer told everyone to stop with anything in regards to the reaction during the vote. It happened for the first 4 or so (when someone voted to evict David their were cheers and when someone voted to evict Elissa their were boos......the producer said "shhhhhhhhh". Then when it went to commercial (at 3-3) he said no reaction to votes as it could influence the houseguests.
When Julie came out before the show started she asked who the audience wanted to see go home this week and mostly everyone said David. A lot of people like Elissa.
It gets pretty exciting during the TV commercial breaks. They do a lot of activities with the audience. Awesome experience, favorite part was David sitting right in front of us and hearing his interview and seeing him and Julie after.

There is no way those two ignorant b!^*&s are cashing in on any kind of fame when this is over. The fact that they've already been fired is a clear indicator of what awaits them outside the house IMO. Americans can handle people that are rude or obnoxious like Evil Dick, Boogie, & Rachel etc.... But a bigot or racist? Not so sure about that.
I always read too much into the post eviction interviews, but I got a feeling there'll be a returning evicted houseguest this season.
When David asked about the MVP, Julie told him he can watch the tapes. This leads me to believe that she couldn't tell him that secret so as not to give anything away in case he returned to the house. I've been watching old seasons recently and a couple times Julie told the houseguest about certain votes/alliances when there was no returned houseguest twist.
Maybe not though as this cast is pretty big. I don't know. Just guessing, but I wouldn't be surprised if David was shipped off to sequester as opposed to going home today.

i thought she said to David "you can watch all you want from your home".
He was like "whoa ok" I got the feeling surfer David was hoping for a little vacation in the sun at the sequester mansion.
Haven't read the rest of the thread but is anyone else getting BB12 Deja Vu?...
A bitchy blond (except Aaryn is repugnent while Britney was just bitchy), a Reilly that is in trouble every week and hard to get rid of, an all guys secret alliance (Brigade/Moving Company) that coasts along while the rest of the house destroys one another... right down to the gay professer.
... I thought BB12 got boring fast. Brenchel (and Britney's DR) were the only interesting parts of the show once it became quickly clear that the Brigade had it in the bag.

Brigade stayed pretty loyal(Matt getting the boot notwithstanding) and all voted the same way. Jeremy has already voted against his team. The other 4 may stay strong, but I think Jeremy will be out of that alliance real soon.

How will the alliance know that Jeremy voted against them though? I will say if I was in an alliance with him I wouldn't be fond of his loose cannon ways bringing unwanted attention. I just don't understand how the other guys in the house just let him bully the women like that.
Man what a sad sack group of players this season. Just awful. And yes, I'll watch it until the end like I always do.

To play devils advocate, they usually don't share extra information. On David's eviction, Nick's message to him was that there was an alliance called The Moving Company and Nick and Jeremy were both in it. CBS played that to David.

Well good on CBC for showing some of the things Aaryn has said, still hope they show some of the other stuff like the N words Ginamarie has said.
Also, Candice and Helen have figured out something is up. Will they have the power to do anything is another question, but they've already named the Moving Company so they're clearly gamers.
