Very Bouwmeester-esque disposition from Jones for sure.

Greedy #######s.
Does Florida really need another center? They seem set with Huberdeau, Bjugstad and even that small guy Rocco G. Would they take Drouin instead?

Tampa needs center help so no chance they would let him go past 3.

No idea how they did, they have a horrible team. I wasn't including TB in "rebuilding" either.

Hubredeau is a winger, Bjustad not close to a 1st line center and Grimaldi likely never gets more than a cup of coffee at the NHL level.

They need a 1st line center like Mackinnon as bad as we do.

Is Portland's back-up goalie a cardboard cut out? Why would then not switch goalies?

That's disgusting. They have a talented young center and they put him on LW? I had to watch my beloved flames this year convert wingers, Tanguay, Cammi, and even Comeau, into centers for the entire year. It just does not seem right.

Yeah they should have put him in for the third.

Bouwmeester is a perfect description of Jones.

He played his last year in the Q on the wing too I believe, so he must just feel more comfortable there. Not a matter of converting him.

He played wing in junior as well.

Doesn't look like he was ever going to be center at the NHL level.

It's actually not one game. He was like this in the WHL finals too. If your competitiveness doesn't come out now, when does it come out?

No one was comparing Jones to Bouwmeester. I said Jones has a Bouwmeester-like disposition in terms of his complete lack of a mean streak or any aggression whatsoever.

So you define his competitiveness by what? Smashing his stick? He's been ranked ahead of MacKinnon for months now, I'll trust the scouts more then some people on a hockey forum (no offense).

I'm stating what I see. If you don't like it, you don't have to agree, I personally don't care.
