Thanks, Roof. Can't believe or even see how that would be in any way racist.

Oh, and Chef Ramsay for coach!

Then they can make a television show solely based on the happenings at the Calgary Flames.

During video review.. "Butler you f###head, what is this? What. IS. THIS?" "Are you stupid? Were you dropped as a child?" "I'm sorry coach Ramsay..." "-It's CHEF Coach Ramsay, you ####!" - *weeps*.

good game.

Top 5 pick is looking more and more like a reality. With some trades, and some lottery luck, i'm sure Mackinnon will be ours!

We will soon have an awesomely often mis-spelled roster.

Tough game to watch, I never thought I'd see this, but outside of a few players it looks like the rest of them have given up the ghost.

Poor Kip was all effort tonight as was Jackman.

As weird as it sounds. During the 7 years of hell when we had the young guns and those god awful under talented team, at least they fought for every inch of ice that they got.

I'm embarrassed that when the going gets tough this team is nowhere to be found. To be fighting for a playoff spot and to give so little push back is shameful.

Hartley should be issuing a mirror to every player to see if they can look into them in the morning.

Embarrassing, shameful and disgusting comes to mind. The trade deadline is the only thing interesting left this season.

I remarked tonight that if I didn't have to record a podcast about this team, I would not have watched this game. And I would consider myself as die hard a fan as they come. But they're just so boring. There's nobody worth my attention game in and game out. There's no story worthy of my attention game in and game out. And it's when the die hard fans feel apathy that the owners should really start to worry.

For a team with a top 10 cap hit of $64.3 million, filled with veteran players that have been relatively healthy, we are pretty embarrassing. At least the first year the Oilers tanked they had 500+ man games lost to injury.

For what it's worth I'll enjoy the slide to the bottom, it's the only way Flames ownership/management will be forced into change.

The effort tonight from Iginla and friends reminded me so much of the country club atmosphere the Leafs had 5-6 years ago. Sundin, Tucker, McCabe, Kaberle, Raycroft and Antropov, just skating around with NTCs waiting for the next paycheck. It's disgusting. The sooner we start shipping bodies the better.

Kinda sad as I seem to recall many around here being excited at the fast paced, high scoring and generally entertaining brand of hockey the Hartley Flames were going to play. Even if we were losing, at least it'd be 5 - 4 instead of 2 - 0. And it seemed like that was the case to start the year at least.

I don't think it's apathy quite yet. I agree with the Game Takes that alot of it has to do with people knowing changes are coming but waiting and wanting to see what. On ice play is almost a distraction right now.

When your best forward all game long is Tim Jackman, you aren't going to be remotely successful.

This team sucks... bad.

I don't. We have a good chance to get one of the 4 great players in the draft.
