What is hardest to fathom about this whole thing, is that when they are on, this team is fantastic. When they are not, they are pathetic.
I don't think it is a question of talent, it is a question of not being a team.
I think these last few games, the team isn't playing as a team because no one knows what this team will look like come April. Everyone is looking around wondering if they will be sitting next to the same guys tomorrow, of course you're not going to be playing like a team.
This team is built right now with too many supporting pieces that flourish in supporting roles. That's why we see some games where they are fantastic, their skill just all comes on at once, but without those guys that teams have to drive the flow every game, those fantastic games are too few and far between right now.

I'm not even sure anymore. Columbus is a team full of guys who are barely even supporting pieces. I have no idea what the problem is. Pieces have moved in and out, coaches have changed. They need an identity and they have no idea what it is.
To be fair guys, he's the coach. His job is to do the best with the players he has. It would be ######ed for him to suggest publicly that something needs to be done with the direction of the team.
