Just watch Hudler or Giordano any game of the year.
Your quest shouldn't be too difficult then, should it?
Find five examples. To see how easy this should be, here is 5 examples I found in under a minute.
Spoiler!
Okay, I lied. That's actually 6.
I'll throw in a bonus 7th because I want something recent. Here is Luongo being brushed then jumping into the back of his net. Go to :55 for the best shot!
It took me longer to make this post, copy and paste the links, put spoiler tags around the gifs, then it was to find Canucks gold.

The only way to get rid of diving - and its something FIFA should have done long before soccer's reputation was all but destroyed - is to suspend players after the fact.
The refs aren't going to get the calls right during the game, it's just too hard to do. What needs to happen is a post-game video review, after which diving players are handed suspensions and possibly fined. And if a player gets busted, it's not for "embellishment," it's for "embarassing the sport."
Hockey has one advantage soccer doesn't: the opportunity to nip this before it becomes endemic. I don't see a better way to do it than this.

Can someone fill me in on this infamous hs33 post, please.
He came in here before the playoffs last year, spouting about how "of all the teams the canucks could have been matched up in the first round against, the Kings were the best/easiest option, and how the nuckers were going to steam roll them with ease"

Was his last post for a long time.
Yeah, I know. Was just hoping someone would post it again

Not at all, as I've said, I would rather start with LA over any of the other WC playoff teams. Bunch of underachievers who look good on paper but don't even deserve to be in the playoffs.
We all know how this will go, we've seen it before. You will give a few reasons why (you hope) LA will beat the Canucks, it won't happen, and you'll move on to why SJ/Chi will beat them, and so on. So predictable, so transparent. If you're going to predict a Canucks loss, at least wait for a team that has a decent shot. Boy who cried wolf.

He's busy having Easter dinner and only has time to laugh at the Flames. Look at his post history and when he contributes. Feaster made that ROR mistake and he was rubbing it in. He made 2 posts in the GT against the Canucks, one was "lol at the fans booing an obvious interference call" and the other was about the Feaster mistake again. Funny how he didn't find time to post in the PGT or when we had the lead. Typical Canuck fan.
He's been a troll since his infamous "LA is the easiest matchup for the Canucks" rant that blew up in his face.
In fairness, he was a troll before that rant blew up in his face.

If they want to get rid of diving all they have to do is set up a process where games are reviewed, dives are identified, a sliding scale of fines and suspensions is defined based on past history, and most importantly the information needs to be made public. The NHL doesn't want to embarrass players, I get that, but in this case the integrity of the game is compromised. The threat of public shaming would put a stop to a lot of this garbage, if they were to really review this stuff but keep it hidden it won't work.
