Great win! Brodies best game as an NHLer in his young career!

This edition of the Flames is hella entertaining.

Remember that Bouwmeester was a Team Canada defenseman before Brent got his hands on him.

You could tell that the Wings were missing their franchise player and one of the best European players of all time.

They also could have used Lidstrom.

I missed the snowball part.
It probably reflects poorly on my character, but my first thought was

Swedish = Sedins

Snowball = Urbandictionary def'n.

What's strange to me is that Kipper gets injured in the first game the Flames play a Holmstrom-less wings team since 2003-2004.

Good game. Finally getting the results they deserve after being shafted by the hockey gods lately.

So yeah

Funny as this snowballing incident is, this is one instance where an embarrassing moment is entirely not on Kerr. Whoever was producing the game should be chewed out; his on air talent finds improv a struggle at best, and you just throw him a product to shout out in the nine seconds between when they get back from break and the puck drops, and expect him to do a good live read while trying to open the damn package?

I get that someone at the Joe was probably like 'hey, can you give us a quick plug for these?' and they were more than happy to oblige, but how about you have two of them on a friggen paper plate and just display the box? Maybe? I know I've got all of no experience broadcasting or producing, but that seems like a logical decision to me.

3 out of 4 points on the road thus far. Columbus is winnable and it just....(wait for it) snowballs from there.

I don't think Kipper was injured at all,it was just one of Hartley's Jedi mind tricks.When and where was he injured?during the intermission?I think he wanted to put Irving in at some point all along,if the score was favourable.
I'm liking this coach and his system.

Am I the only one who finds nothing about that funny or interesting?

The play by play guys were eating snacks.

Not everything needs to turn into a meme.
