Alcohol occurs naturally in your blood so a very precise test would pick that up. If I have a beer at lunch can I drive myself to supper or is it a 24 hour zero tolerance rule?

in countries with zero tolerance rules (be it for underage drivers or for entire population) the limit tends to be 0.02...or for many people a beer or so in the last hour or two.

If only there was some sort of phone number you could call who have people trained to respond to idiots behind the wheel who drink and drive.
