This has been an extremely high scoring game.. even by handball standards.
According to my untrained eye. The Korea keeper has been poor, hasn't made a save.

Amazingly the US Women's Basketball team was losing to Australia at halftime, and is only leading by 1 at present. This would be one of the biggest upsets in Olympic history if it happened.

Dammit, for some reason every day around this time, my CTV Olympics app starts losing its feed. And yet it somehow still always manages to play an add before telling me so.

So who is going to be saying Go Japan today vs the USA women's soccer. Hope the Americans don't just lose but that they have a handball in their own box resulting in a goal against

A Hand of God Part 2 goal against Roberta Luongo in extra time would be pretty sweet!

That Cuban decathlete is dominating the javelin. Warner has finished all of his throws and is sitting in 5th.

I hope the Americans win in a shootout and that Alex Morgan goes Brandi Chastain on us.
Also rooting for Plavins and Smedins in beach volleyball; I just love saying there last names.
Go Smedins!

I'm only following the Wrestling Gold online (no video), but it says the Japanese girl had 3 points in period 1 and 2 in period 2. Not looking great.

I have Warner in fourth going to the 1500 barring any shocking results in the second group of the javelin. He's at 7696 with Suarez at 7779 in third. Van Alphen at 7652 and Freimuth at 7625 are behind Warner.

Nope, Verbeek lost. Another silver for us, but going to be in tough to get another gold in the last few days.

Man, wrestling seems like a horrible sport. All they did was swat at each other's faces for 4 minutes.

Dammit, we can't have trampoline be our only gold. Who is our best remaining hope?

Catharine Pendrel is currently ranked #1 in the world in Women's Cross Country Mountain Biking. That event goes on Saturday.

Best hopes for gold are probably the Women's Mountain Biking and the Mens 10km Swimming Marathon.
