Just to give some context North Korea has about 13,000 pieces of Artillary pointed at Seoul that range from mortar to long tube to rockets. They could outright turn Seoul into a funeral pyre in about a minute of concentrated firing using HE and phosphorus tipped artillery pieces, and using mixed variable ground and airburst to maximize casualties.

North Korea knows that South Korea wouldn't respond in kind in turns of sacking North Korean cities.

North Korean university students spend about 7 out of their 10 hour school days in political reliability classes that will pave their way into the party and a better life. Its no surprise that they aren't very good at other stuff.

But they can worship dead leaders like a sonofagun
