Cigarettes are not permitted inside Canadian prisons. Some are of course smuggled inside but they sell for a very high premium and they aren't smoked in the open. So it's highly unlikely that Graham James will be suffering any cig burns.

they are manipulators by nature its what they are. The manipulate situations, people, conditions to their benefits.
They are calculated individuals. Self preservation as a person completely void of any moral compass is more like it.
